Loan disclosures - signed by all borrowers
Income Information
Salaried – Current months pay stub(s).
Salaried - Last three years W-2’s. (2009, 2008 and 2007)
Salaried/Self-Employed – Last two (2008 and 2007) years personal tax returns (1040)
Self-Employed – Last two (2) years Corporate/Partnership tax returns(1120/1065/K-1's).
Self-Employed – Copy of Business License or CPA letter stating two years self-employment.
BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Two (2) months of statements for all liquid asset accounts, including checking, savings, mutual funds, money market, stock, IRA and 401k accounts.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Copy of current loan statement for 1st TD and 2nd T.D. or rental history for the last two years.
Letter of explanation for all derogatory credit.
Copy of photo I.D. for all borrowers.
Name and telephone number of your homeowners insurance agent.
Purchase: name and phone number of your real estate agent.
